10am worship

Holy Spirit
There's nothing worth more that will ever come close
No thing can compare You're our living hope
Your Presence Lord

I've tasted and seen of the sweetest of loves
Where my heart becomes free and my shame is undone
Your Presence Lord

Holy Spirit You are welcome here
Come flood this place and fill the atmosphere
Your glory God is what our hearts long for
To be overcome by Your Presence Lord
Your Presence Lord

Welcome & Call to Worship: Pastor Jesse Bolinder

Based on Acts 2:25-28

‘I see that the Lord is always with me.
I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me.
No wonder my heart is glad,
and my tongue shouts his praises!
My body rests in hope.
For you will not leave my soul among the dead
or allow your Holy One to rot in the grave.
You have shown me the way of life,
and you will fill me with the joy of your presence.’

I Surrender All
All to Jesus I surrender, all to Him I freely give
I will ever love and trust Him, in His presence daily live

Chorus:
I surrender all
I surrender all
All to Thee my blessed Savior
I surrender all

All to Jesus I surrender, humbly at His feet I bow
Worldly pleasures all forsaken, take me Jesus take me now

All to Jesus I surrender, make me Savior wholly Thine
May Thy Holy Spirit fill me, may I know Thy power divine

All to Jesus I surrender, Lord I give myself to Thee
Fill me with Thy love and power, let Thy blessing fall on me

Opening Prayer & The Lord’s Prayer: Rev. Peg Kohring
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. And lead us not in to temptation but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

SCRIPTURE READING: John 20:19-29
19 When it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and the doors of the house where the disciples had met were locked for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you.” 20 After he said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord. 21 Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.” 22 When he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. 23 If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”
